I do not know about you, but I always feel like I have no energy! Who is with me? As a working mama at a super stressful job I just feel like there is not enough energy for me to keep going to take care of my boys. But, here are some energizing essential oils to help.
Once I started using some great essential oils and supplements to help me get some energy. I have felt much better. I have more energy to work twelve hour days at the pharmacy, and still have energy to help the boys with their homework.

If I have problems needing energy, I think many of you working moms out there also need some energy solutions. So keep reading to see what essential oils you can use to help you with that energy.
Peppermint Essential Oil
Peppermint essential oil is used for so many different things, nausea, to help breathing and also energy. If you want to go learn about more uses for peppermint go here to my other post. But also peppermint is one of the great energizing essential oils. It can get your energy up in a matter of a few seconds.
There are a couple of ways to use peppermint essential oil for energy! My favorite is to put a couple drops on the back of your neck. But please remember that peppermint is a pretty strong oil (it is called a “hot oil” in essential oil world, though peppermint is not hot!). You might want to dilute the peppermint with some coconut oil and put in a rollerball bottle. Here is the ones I use.
If you are interested in trying out a sugar scrub to use peppermint oil for energy. Here is a great recipe to try!
Peppermint Oil With Wild Orange
Peppermint is awesome for helping with energy, and something that gives it an extra oomph is it add wild orange to the peppermint. Wild orange is super uplifting. So what you can do is put about 10 drops of peppermint and 10 drops of wild orange into a 10ml roller ball bottle, and then fill the rest with coconut oil. You can keep it in your purse or have it at your desk.
Then when you are feeling like you need some energy, just roll that puppy (roller ball bottle) on the back of your neck. You will be getting some energy within thirty seconds. That is getting energy quicker than any form of caffeine, And the essential oils are natural and safe.

Peppermint Essential Oil With Any Citrus Oil
When talking about energizing essential oils, peppermint is always a good one and wild orange is always a good one. But you can really mix that peppermint with any citrus and it will be energizing. It just depends on what citrus oil you find uplifting. I do not really like the smell of wild orange so I use other citrus oils.
Some other ones would be like tangerine, lime, lemon, or grapefruit. And one of my all time favorite citrus oils is Invigorating Blend, which is actually a bunch of citrus oils all mixed together. It smells amazing, and when you put with peppermint, gives you a great boost of energy.
Rosemary With The Peppermint
So the peppermint is for energy, but sometimes when you are at your desk working or need to focus on something. You need a little rosemary with the peppermint to help you have energy and focus. I have a whole blog post that you can check out oils for focus that you can look at here. But really if you need both the energy and the need for focus, then peppermint and rosemary are what you need.
Energy and Stamina Complex
This complex is amazing if you need some energy. The company that I use to get my oils has this great supplement. And it is great if you need that energy boost in the middle of the day. At the pharmacy when I work 12 hour days, I take a couple of these supplement capsules about half way through my day.
And the really great thing about them is that they have all natural ingredients. They have no chemicals or caffeine. Nothing that will make your heart race or would be bad for you. They do take a little bit longer to get you that energy than the oils. But within about a half hour of taking it you should be good to go.
A Good Multi-Vitamin
Now, it is true that a good quality multi-vitamin will not give you energy within minutes or a half hour like the other things I have recommended. But if you take a quality multi-vitamin over time. You will notice an increase of your natural energy if you take the vitamin consistently. Because you are getting all your vitamins and minerals up to proper levels so your body has the stuff it needs to give you energy naturally.
