So we are going to continue with the embarrassing topics. But these are bodily functions that we have all had. And when we are sick we have all had these embarrassing symptoms. And I want you to know that there are natural essential oils that can help you with these things.

So instead of being limited by only one medication that is over the counter or having to go to the doctor for a prescription to help your diarrhea. You can use essential oils that you have right in your home (or easy to get!). So read on for all the essential oils for diarrhea.
Digestive Blend
This the first essential oil that I think of for diarrhea. Because it is so helpful. Make sure you have a good quality digestive blend. If you want to get the one from my oil company go to my website.
Or you can use your own blend. What I do is put about 40 drops of digestive blend in a 10ml roller ball bottle and fill the rest up with coconut oil. Here are some roller ball bottles and coconut oil I recommend.
Once you have your roller ball bottle you need to roll it on your belly. And this is important, roll it on your belly counter clockwise around the belly button. Because this will help with the diarrhea. Going clockwise helps with constipation (go to my blog post about constipation if you want to know more), and rolling on counter clockwise helps with diarrhea.
And you can apply it as many time as you want, unlike medication, that you can only use up to four times a day. Apply it every hour if you want. But it will not take that long for the oil to work, it will help in minutes.

Fennel or Cinnamon Essential Oil
Fennel oil or cinnamon are other essential oils for diarrhea. You will want to dilute with coconut oil. Because if you apply either of these oils directly to the skin without diluting it can burn.
Once you dilute either of these oils, apply it to your belly in the counter clockwise way around the belly button. And apply as many times as you want until the diarrhea stops.
Peppermint or Ginger Essential Oil
Peppermint or ginger oil is also helpful to have for your upset stomach. Since usually when you have diarrhea, an upset stomach usually comes with it. Make sure you dilute both of these oils with coconut oil also. And then apply to the belly as much as needed. But just like the other oils, they will help your upset stomach in a matter of minutes.

A Good Quality Probiotic
Sometimes you get diarrhea with a stomach virus, and you use the essential oils and you feel better in a day or two. But sometimes the diarrhea continues for longer than that. Lots of times this is caused by the bacteria levels in your body being out of balance in your gut.
This is when you need to start taking a probiotic. Because this will get good bacteria into our gut and get the bacteria back in balance. This will help stop the diarrhea. Just make sure it is a good quality probiotic. Go to my blog post all about how to pick a good quality probiotic.
I would start out taking the probiotic twice a day, and you can keep doing this indefinitely. Even after the diarrhea has stopped. This will keep your gut healthy and keep the diarrhea away. Eventually you can go down to taking just one of the probiotics daily, though I still take one twice daily because I want to make sure my gut stays healthy.
If you want to find another solution for diarrhea, go read this blog post about magnesium oil! These are just some great oils to try when you have that embarrassing diarrhea. They are sure to help. If you want any of the oils I talk about, go to my oil website.
