Bone Nutrient Essential Complex
This is one of the best osteoporosis supplements to take, to keep your bones strong. It is a bone nutrient complex that has specific vitamins and minerals specifically for bone health. It has vitamin C, vitamin D, calcium, zinc, and lots of other minerals.

My oil company has a good quality bone nutrient complex. It helps slow down the osteoclasts which removes the old bone and builds up osteoblasts which fills in the holes and builds new bone. Bedtime Oil Blend
This is a blend of essential oils for to work on your healthy bones while you sleep. The oils you use are soothing blend and cypress. You can either apply 2-5 drops of each in your hands and rub on the bottoms of your feet and legs. Do this every night before bed.
If you do not want to put the oils in your hands then you can definitely put them in a roller ball bottle and dilute with coconut oil. Put about 25 drops of soothing blend and 25 drops of cypress in a 10ml roller ball bottle. And fill the rest with coconut oil. Then just roll on your feet and legs every night. Here are some roller ball bottles and coconut oil that you can try out.
Morning Oil Blend
This is a blend of oils to help your bones throughout the day. The oils you use for this blend are helichrysum and oregano. These oils are a little “hot” which means that you will need to dilute these oils when you use them. So put about 20 drops each of helichrysum and oregano in a 10ml roller ball bottle. And fill the rest with coconut oil. Then you can apply to your feet and legs. Do this everyday when you wake up in the morning.
Digestive Enzyme Complex
This one might be a little confusing as to how it helps your bones (and is considered one of the osteoporosis supplements), but it does. So when you don’t have enough digestive enzymes to digest your food, then metabolic enzymes have to come in an digest the food, instead of doing the things they are supposed to do. Which is to grow, heal, and reproduce new cells. So if you take the digestive enzyme complex (at least 4 capsules a day), then you will have the digestive enzymes to digest your food. And then the metabolic enzymes can work on your cells, which includes making new bones and making your bones stronger.
